You may wish to charge Freight / Delivery on every sales order. Within FlexiBake you can set up a default charge that will automatically populate when you're creating a sales order.
Default Freight / Delivery charges are set on a per-customer basis, so you don't have to worry about this showing up on every customer's sales order!
To set up freight / delivery charges:
- Navigate to the Sales Centre and select Maintain Customers.
- Select the desired customer from the list. Double click, or press the Edit button to open the customer profile.
- Navigate to the Billing Details tab.
- Within the Freight / Delivery Charge section, enter in the dollar amount you wish to charge. Next, select whether this should apply to All Orders, or Orders Under a certain value. You can then select a tax profile to assign to any freight charges within the Tax Profile drop down.
- Press OK to save.
