Add General Ledger Accounts

Enter General Ledger Accounts in FlexiBake so accounting exports can be mapped to the correct accounts in your accounting software.

Overview

General Ledger Accounts are required before you can complete accounting exports from FlexiBake. Adding these accounts allows invoices, payments, credit notes, and other accounting transactions to flow into your accounting software with the correct account mapping.

Before You Begin

This process should be completed after your accounting setup has started and before exporting accounting data. At minimum, you need at least one account for each of these account types to use accounting exports:

  • Accounts Receivables
  • Bank
  • Income
  • Expense

Warning: Enter each General Ledger Account exactly as it appears in your accounting software. Mismatched values can cause export or import issues.

Open Maintain GL Accounts

On the Menu Bar, click Activities, then Accounting Related, then Maintain GL Accounts.
