Adjust Quantities Delivered on Route Delivery Slips

 

If you use route deliveries in FlexiBake, but would like to keep track of over- or under-shipping, don't change the quantity on a sales order; adjusting the quantities shipped in a route delivery slip will allow to invoice your customer for the items and quantities received, but still keep track of what they ordered. This can help you to identify products that may have fulfillment issues.

To make changes to a Route Delivery Slip: 

  1. Navigate to the Shipping Centre then the Maintain Route Delivery Slips button. 
                                                                             
  2. Select the delivery Date in the top right corner. 
                                   
  3. Ensure the View option at the bottom of the screen aligns with the record you are looking for. 
                                        
  4. Select the applicable Route Delivery Slip and double click or click Edit in the bottom left corner. 
                          
  5. If the Route Delivery Slip has been invoiced, click the Reverse Invoice button in the top right corner. 
                                        
  6. In the Delivered column, enter in the quantity that was actually delivered. The value in the Short column will automatically calculate. 
                                    
  7. Click OK to save the changes.
                                                       

If you reversed the invoice for the Route Delivery Slip, you can re-generate and updated invoice directly from this screen by clicking on the Create Invoice button.
