A “seat” in FlexiBake is a license for one simultaneous user connection to the database. Seats are different from user profiles; you can create many user accounts (check out our knowledge base article to add a new user account), but only the number of users matching your seat count can be logged in at the same time
Warning: Seats are not the same as user accounts and directly control how many users can connect at once. To make changes to your seat count, please contact your Sales Representative!
Steps to check seat allocation in FlexiBake
Step 1:
On the Menu bar click Administration then the Check Seat Allocation button.
Step 2:
FlexiBake will display the current seat usage, showing the number of concurrent connections and which users are using them. This screen can be refreshed by clicking the green arrow.
Tip: If you notice seats showing as “duplicated” or unavailable when they shouldn’t be, reach out to FlexiBake support for further assistance.
