Create a New Raw Material
Step-by-step instructions on how to add raw materials to your FlexiBake database
Raw materials are the foundation of your production process in FlexiBake. Once entered into the system, they can be used to build recipes, track nutritional information, and calculate costs all the way through to finished products.
Steps to Create a New Raw Material
Step 1:
Navigate to the Inventory Centre and click New Raw Material.
Step 2:
Enter the Name of the raw material.
Step 3:
Select the Type of the raw material.-
- Ingredients are food items used to make your recipes and products.
- Packaging are the items or materials used to package your products.
- Supplies are items used during production (e.g. gloves, hairnets, baking paper).
Step 4:

Step 5:
Click OK in the top right corner to save the record.Next Steps for Raw Material Set Up:
