What is this for?
It helps you transfer your existing data into FlexiBake accurately and quickly, especially if you're moving from another system.
I already have this information in another system, can I use it?
Yes, you’ll likely be able to export your existing data as a CSV or Excel file. Once exported, review and clean the data before copying it into the FlexiBake data collection sheets.
Do I need to fill in every column?
No. Only some fields are required. Others are optional but recommended to avoid manual entry later on.
Can I leave fields empty if I’m not sure?
Yes. It’s better to leave a cell blank than to guess. You can contact your Implementation Manager for help.
How Do I Save My Work?
Google Sheets automatically saves your changes in real time. No need to press save!
Can I Copy and Paste?
Yes! You can: Copy data from another document or file (like Word or Excel). Right-click on a cell and select Paste, or use keyboard shortcuts.
What Should I Avoid Doing?
Please avoid adding extra columns or moving things around. As well, do not rename tabs or delete them — each tab is linked to a specific part of the process.
