This report gives you a quick and overview of your products profit margins and breaks them down by each price tier. This report will show you the products code, description, unit and its price. Your standard price will be on the line with the product name, below this will be each of your price tiers. It will then compare that to the costs of the products ingredients, packaging, labour, overhead and other costs and will show the products profit margins as a dollar amount as well as in a percentage.
To access this report, do the following:
- In the Drop Down Menu click Reports, then select Inventory and then press Detailed Product Standard Margins Report
- This opens the print preview of the report. From this print preview you can save or print in the top left, or email the report directly from FlexiBake in the top right using the Email Report button.
