Step-by-step instructions for reviewing the daily resource needs for scheduled production in FlexiBake
Why use Determine Daily Requirements?
Determining your daily requirements in FlexiBake allows production planners to prepare the correct ingredients, packaging, labour, and WIP (Work in Progress) for a scheduled production date. This ensures:

Inventory accuracy – keeps ingredient and packaging usage in line with expectations.

Steps to Access the Schedule Production Screen
Step 1:
Navigate to the Production Centre and click Schedule Production.
Step 2:
Double-click the date you want to review (e.g. Thu, Jul 17).
Step 3:
Once the date is selected, the Daily Requirements view opens. The screen contains multiple tabs for reviewing different resource needs:
Items Scheduled
Lists all recipes/products scheduled for that date, including quantities and batches and the team or shift it is scheduled to.
WIP Required
Displays any recipes that are set up as a WIP (Work in Progress) Item and the quantity required, quantity on hand, quantity scheduled, and what is remaining after that.
Ingredients Required
Lists all ingredients, their quantities, and current stock levels that are needed for the day's production.
Packaging Required
Shows all packaging items and quantities needed for the day’s production.
Labour Required
Estimates staffing needs by labour category for the production day.
