We’re thrilled to be back with another great update! The star of the show is the new QuickBooks Online integration, which will bridge the gap between your FlexiBake operations and QBO accounting in a single click, no IIF file required. As an added bonus, we threw a couple other features and fixes in to round things out and make your experience that much sweeter.

New and Updated Features

QuickBooks Online Integration

A much-requested feature is here! Say goodbye to manual file exports. You can now sync transactions directly to QuickBooks Online (US or Canada) with a single click, ensuring your books stay up-to-date without the extra legwork.

 

Double-click to update Schedule Production Items

A much-requested feature is here! You can now double-click on an item in the Schedule Production calendar to make changes to the yield, batch size, team/shift assignment or start time! To learn more, please check out our article Editing A Schedule Production Item

 

Bug Fixes

Error Handling in Delivery Slip Picklists

Issues with Sales Order item ID numbers were not being handled properly when picking stock to ship the order via Delivery Slip, causing items not to be picked. We added code to correct these issues so that what you pick is exactly what you ship.

 

Commission Report Calculation Corrections

In some circumstances, the calculations on the commission reports were getting overzealous and double-counting some items, leading to incorrect values. The calculation has been re-worked so items are counted properly and commissions determined accordingly!
