Does this update apply to users with locally installed versions of Flexibake?
No, the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is specifically for customers using FlexiBake's Cloud version. If your account is not hosted on the cloud, these changes do not affect you.
Where can I confirm the email address associated with my user?
The email address associated with the account will be displayed when you log in.

You can also update your users' email addresses at any time. To do so, follow the steps in this help article: Update Linked Email For Multi-Factor Authentication and Password Recovery .
Can multiple emails be linked to one user for verification?
It is not possible to add multiple email addresses to a single user. However, multiple users can share the same email address where the verification code will be sent. If multiple users share an email address for verification purposes, it’s important to be cautious on the 1st of each month to avoid confusion about which code belongs to which account.
Is it possible to activate the MFA verification process before the 1st of the month, when the 1st falls during a weekend?
The MFA verification process will always activate on the 1st of each month, and we are unable to change this schedule. However, if you don't log in on the 1st because it falls on a weekend, don't worry—the system will remind you to complete the MFA verification the first time you log in during that month.
