Why Use Hotkeys?

Efficiency and Speed for Everyday Tasks

Hotkeys allow you to:

• Quickly search and select items within grids and forms.
• Add or edit line items without switching between keyboard and mouse.
• Perform common functions such as logging out with just a single key press.

Tip: Memorizing a few essential hotkeys can save significant time, especially when entering large orders or managing data across multiple screens.

Common FlexiBake Hotkeys

Search and Selection

• Press F2 in any search bar to display related items (e.g., products, recipes, customer names in sales orders, supplier names in purchase orders).

Sales Orders and Grid

• Press F2 in the sales order grid to search for a single item using the entered text.

• Press F3 in the sales order grid to quickly search for multiple items, set quantities, and add them all at once to a sales order. The F3 screen also displays customer pricing and order history, with filter and highlight options for product selection

• Press F9 in a sales order to add a comment to the line item.

• Press F10 while viewing a sales order to add a new payment associated with that order.

Purchase Orders and Grid

• Press F2 in the purchase order grid to search for a single item using the entered text.

• Press F9 in a purchase order to add a comment to the line item.

System & User Management

• Press F12 at any time to log out of FlexiBake immediately.

Tip: You can also use arrow keys and the Tab key to move through fields and grids for even speedier data entry
