This report is very similar to the Product Deliveries vs Returned by Date Delivered; however, this report is when the product actually get returned as the other report is a theoretical report. It has the customers name and the products that have been delivered/returned in the dates selected
To find this report:
- In the Drop Down Menu click Reports, then select Returns, then press Product Deliveries vs Returns by Date Returned
- A report will pop-up, you can select a Period or you can choose from two Dates. Once you click Refresh it will show you the reports from the dates chosen. You can either print this report, or email it
