Products Are Not Appearing in Maintain Standing Sales Orders Screen

Problem

Products are not appearing when on the Maintain Standing Sales Orders screen.

Cause/Solution

Display option is not set to 'All Products'

  1. Access the Sales Centre then click Maintain Standing Sales Orders.
  2. Select the Customer and Delivery Period you are creating/editing the standing order for.
  3. In the Display section, select All Products.

Product is inactive

  1. Access the Inventory Centre then click Maintain Products.
  2. At the bottom of the window, in the View drop down, select All
  3. Find the associated product and double click on it or click on it once and click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
  4. At the top of the screen, uncheck the Inactive box.
  5. Click OK to save.
