Products Are Not Appearing in Maintain Standing Sales Orders Screen
Problem
Products are not appearing when on the Maintain Standing Sales Orders screen.
Cause/Solution
Display option is not set to 'All Products'
- Access the Sales Centre then click Maintain Standing Sales Orders.
- Select the Customer and Delivery Period you are creating/editing the standing order for.
- In the Display section, select All Products.
Product is inactive
- Access the Inventory Centre then click Maintain Products.
- At the bottom of the window, in the View drop down, select All.
- Find the associated product and double click on it or click on it once and click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
- At the top of the screen, uncheck the Inactive box.
- Click OK to save.
