If you are trying to locate a raw material on the IA slip and it is not appearing, it could be because you do not have a supplier attached to that raw material. For Raw Materials to appear on an IA Slip, a Supplier must be connected to the Raw Material Record. Further information may be found in Link a Supplier to a Raw Material.
Before updating any supplier information, make sure you have selected raw material from the 'type' drop down, and selected Take-on.

If you already have the suppliers set up, follow these directions to add a supplier to a raw material:
- Navigate to the Inventory Center & click to the Raw Materials folder.
- Select the raw material that you would like to add a supplier too & double click into it.
- Once you are in the selected raw material, go to the suppliers tab.
- Add supplier information to the bottom of the suppliers tab. Once the information is all filled in, click add. If you have more than one supplier, make one a preferred supplier.
- When you are done adding a supplier make sure to click OK to save the changes you have made.
- Now when you go back to the IA Slip, your raw material should be located on it. Make sure to hit refresh to get the updated data. Note: make sure the type drop down in IA Slip is selected on raw material.
