Recipes Are Not Appearing in New IA Slip Screen

Problem

Recipes are not appearing on the New IA Slip screen when attempting to take-on or adjust recipe inventory. 

Cause/Solution

Recipe is not marked as an inventory item.

Allow non-inventory items to be displayed on the New IA Slip screen.

1. Access the Inventory Centre then click New IA Slip.
2. In the top left corner, click on the Type drop down and select Recipes.
3. Beside the drop down, ensure the option is selected to Adjust Inventory On Hand.
4. Under the drop down, check the Display Non-Inventory items as well box.

Mark the recipe as an inventory item.

1. Access the Inventory Centre then click Maintain Recipes.
2. Find the associated recipe and double click on it or click on it once and click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
3. In the top left corner of the screen, check the Inventory Item box.
4. Click OK to save. 

Recipe is inactive. 

Change the view option to display inactive items.

1. Access the Inventory Centre then click New IA slip.
2. In the top left corner, click on the Type drop down and select Recipes.
3. In the bottom left corner, click on the drop down and select either All or Inactive.

Update the recipe to be an active item.

1. Access the Inventory Centre then click Maintain Recipes.
2. At the bottom of the window, in the View drop down, select All Recipes or Inactive Recipes. 
3. Find the associated recipe and double click on it or click on it once and click Edit at the bottom of the screen.
4. At the top of the screen, uncheck the Inactive box.
5. Click OK to save.

There is no recipe inventory to adjust.

If the steps above have been completed and the item is still not appearing on the New IA Slip screen it is likely that it is being attempted to adjust inventory on hand that does not exist.
