Release Quality Control Holds
This article guides you through the process of releasing Quality Control Holds in FlexiBake so finished product batches become available for shipping and customer orders.
What Happens When You Release a QC Hold?
Releasing a quality control hold allows a batch of finished products to move from QC status into inventory, making them available for shipment or order fulfillment. Once a batch has been released, it cannot be placed back on hold. QC Holds are for finished products you manufacture, not for ingredients during receiving
Warning: You cannot re-apply a quality control hold to a batch after it’s been released. Always complete your QC checks before releasing.
