Route Management Daily Testing

During Route Management Daily Testing, you will focus on confirming your route order for the day, generating your Route Delivery Slips and generating Invoices.

To complete Route Management Daily Testing:

Step 1 - Confirm Route:

1. Open FlexiBake.
2. Navigate to Shipping.
3. Click Manage Route.
4. Select the View Sales Orders for radial dial and select the date.
5. Check over the route plan and drag and drop any orders that need to be moved around on the routes or are not on a route (sitting in the bottom grid).
6. Click OK to save and then Close.

Step 2 - Generate Route Delivery Slips:

1. Navigate to Shipping.
2. Click Generate Route Delivery Slips.
3. Confirm the date and click the Generate Route Delivery Slips button.
4. Click Print Route Docs… and review the route reports available.
5. Click Close.

Step 3 - Edit Route Delivery Slips & Generate Invoices:

1. Navigate to Shipping.
2. Click Maintain Route Delivery Slips.
3. Confirm the date and click apply.
4. Double click into any or all Route Delivery Slips to update crate balances & product shorts, click OK to save RDS and then navigate back to Maintain Route Delivery Slips.
5. Click the Invoice All button (if the RDS do not automatically create invoices).
6. Click Post All to consume inventory.
7. Click Close.
