Route Reconciliation: Setting Up Route Settlement Customers

If you use Route Reconciliation, it's important your drivers have access to the right documents for the right customers. Setting Route Settlement customers will tell FlexiBake to automatically produce the correct documentation for your drivers when the customers' Route Delivery Slips are generated.

To activate this setting, navigate to the Sales Centre in FlexiBake, and click on Maintain Customers.

Navigate to the customer you wish to set up Route Reconciliation with, and double click to access their profile. In Basic Info, check off Route Settlement Customer. Selecting this will tell FlexiBake that, when a Delivery Slip is opened in this customer’s name, to create a blank invoice and credit note for your driver to take on their route for that customer.

In addition to this step, in order to prepare a customer for Route Settlement, they must first:

  1. Possess a Shadow Order to appear on their invoice, and
  2. Be associated with a Route, with a Standing Order associated with that route.
