FlexiBake offers a variety of Work Order styles to suit the type of recipe and scale of production. For example, a custom item for a single customer probably will not be produced on the same scale as your bestselling item, so you might want to use a single batch W.O. for the custom product and a multi-batch W.O. for the bestseller to match their production volumes.
You can set the Work Order used on a per-recipe basis by following the steps below:
- Access the Inventory Center then click Maintain Recipes.
- Find and double click on the associated item or click on it once and click Edit.
- Click on the Instructions tab of the recipe.
- From the W.O. Style drop down select your desired Work Order style. A preview of the Work Order will be displayed in the centre of the screen. Once you have selected your work order, click elsewhere to make to preview disappear.
- Click OK to save the recipe.
Work Order
If you find a Work Order style you really like and you find suitable for all your recipes, you can click the Set For All Recipes button next to the Work Order drop-down to apply that W.O. to all your recipes.
