Set End of Day Recipient Override

The DSD End of Day report is a fantastic resource resource to help reconcile stale returns, delivered quantities, and payments received just to name a few things.

If you service multiple regions, having a default recipient or recipients for your End of Day reports may not be the best fit for you; you may want the offices/managers only to receive emails for the End of Day reports pertaining to their specific routes. In cases like this, an override End of Day recipient can be set on a per-route basis which will used instead of the default email address set on the DSD Admin Page. If no override is set, then the report for that route will simply be sent to the default.

To enter an End of Day override recipient:

  1. In the Shipping Centre, click on Manage Routes
  2. Click on the header of the route to select it
  3. Click Edit Route on the right margin.
  4. This will open a pop-up window. In the EOD Emails To field, type in the email address that should receive the End of Day report for this route.
  5. Verify that everything is correct, then click Save to apply your changes.
