Set Up and Use Secret Recipes
When you have a recipe that you are known for, it's likely that you would like to protect that recipe. FlexiBake can help you maintain your propriety recipes by allowing you to set them as "secret". Secret recipes will require a password to access the formula, allowing you to control who can see them and when.
Setting Up: Setting the Password
The first step in using the secret recipes feature is setting the password used to access them. You can set it to a password of your choice by following these steps:
- In a user account with administrator privileges, go to the Menu Bar at the top of the screen and click on Administration.
- From the drop-down menu, select FlexiBake Preferences
- A new window will open, in it navigate to the Recipes tab.
- In the Enter Password and Confirm Password fields, type in the password you have chosen.
- Click OK to save your changes
- A pop-up will appear to warn you that other users will not see your changes until they restart FlexiBake. Click OK to continue.
