Temporarily Disable a Standing Sales Order

A customer may ask you to suspend their standing order for a certain period of time, for example if they are closing for renovations or holidays. In cases like this, FlexiBake can schedule a deactivation period for a standing order to save you from having to remember to deactivate and reactivate the order.

To schedule a temporary deactivation of a standing order:

1. Navigate to Sales Centre then the Maintain Standing Sales Orders button. 
   
                                     
2. Select the customer by name or number from the drop-down lists. 
   
                                          
3. Click the S.S.O. Override button.
                                       
4. A new window will pop up. In the upper left corner, click on the DEACTIVATE check box. 
   
5. Use the arrows to select the date range of the deactivation period. Please note that the deactivation period is up to and including the chosen DEACTIVATE TO DATE. 
   
                                     
6. Click OK to save. 
   

 

 

 

            

 Now when you generate standing order during this period, this order will automatically be skipped.
