Total Baker's Percentage Breakdown

Total Baker’s Percentage is used to look at the Baker’s Percentage throughout all the sub-recipes linked into the current recipe. This tool is helpful for things like: Sourdoughs or Poolish or anything with a Starter Recipe that includes flour. This way you can see the breakdown of baker’s percentages across all sub-recipes at once.

*NOTE: for this function to work, you’ll need to make sure your Flour raw materials have been marked ‘treat as flour’. see Treat a Raw Material as Flour for further instruction.

To access Total Baker's Percentage, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Center & click into the 'Maintain Recipe' folder.


  2. Click into any recipe that contains sub recipes.


  3. Double-Click on the heading 'Total Baker's Percentage'


  4. Enjoy the breakdown!
