Updating the Product Data Sheet

The Product Data Sheet is a collection of Nutrient, Shipping and Product Information which can be populated against your Products and is sometimes sent to customers when data is requested.

The Product Data Sheet may be found in the Product Record, under Product Specifications. Press this button to generate a copy of the Product Data Sheet:

Most of the Information therein can be populated from the Product Specification Page, the page we opened to generate the Product Data Sheet. Below I'll outline where you can add related information to have it appear.

Product Data Sheet Linked Fields

  • Company Information - Company Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address: Pulled from the General tab of FlexiBake Preferences.


  • Product Name, Category, Code and UPC - These are related and pulled from the Products Name, Category, Code and UPC.


  • Nutritional Facts Panel - Pulled directly from the Nutr. Analysis Page of the selected Product. These are calculated or stored according to settings and base Nutrient Data. 


  • Product Description - The Product Description is a short description of the Product which may be entered in Product Specifications.


  • Ingredient List - The Ingredient List may be generated from the Materials used to Produce it, or when "Using Stored Ingredient List" you may define your own Ingredient Listing.


  • Net Weight / Shipping Weight - This is utilized for Shipping Weights and can be defined through the Product Profile, or through a Sales Order. See our related article on setting up Shipping Weights!


  • Regulatory Statement - This is the regulatory statement which can be found in Product Specs, this should be adjusted to ensure it's in line with your local laws and regulations.


  • Country of Origin - This is hardcoded into the report, but can be altered if discussed with your Account Representative.

  • Shelf Life - Shelf Life may be added to the Storage / Shelf Life tab of Product Specifications.


  • Pack Size / Method of Packing - Found within the Packaging Tab of Product Specifications.
