To assist in adding products to a sales order, you can click in the grid at the bottom of the screen and then press F2 on your keyboard to bring up details regarding your products. To add a product to an order from this window you can double click on it.
Select an Empty Line, click into the Code or Product Name fields and press F2. A Select Product screen will appear allowing you to add a Product to Order while displaying On-Hand and Allocated Inventory.

The standard price of the product
Tier Price
The selected customer's tier pricing for the product
On Hand
The on hand quantities
Scheduled
The quantity of this product that has been confirmed but not yet completed through either Schedule or Enter Production
Allocated
The quantity of this product that is spoken for on other open sales orders. These quantities will not restrict consumption of product inventory or creation of new orders and is simply available for reference.
Available
The quantity of product that is available (that is on hand minus allocated).
