Hotkeys: Use the F3 Screen on Sales Order

To assist in adding products to a sales order, you can click in the grid at the bottom of the screen and then press F3 on your keyboard to bring up details about the customer's pricing and order history. This grid can also be used as an order sheet as quantities for multiple products may be entered and applied to the sales order.

There are a few filter options available on this screen:

Only display products that have previously been ordered.

If this box is checked then the list of products in the grid will be limited to products that the customer has ordered and been invoiced for in the past.

Highlight products that have not previously been ordered.

If this box is checked then products the customer has not ordered and been invoiced for in the past will be reflected in blue font.
