To see what Raw Materials are Required for a Specific Sales Order, you can press F5 on your keyboard while in the Sales Order.
To Open Raw Materials Required for Sales Order follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Sales Centre and Select Maintain Sales Orders
- Double click or press Edit to open the desired Sales Order.
- Once the Sales Order is open, press F5 on your keyboard.
- You will now be in the Raw Material Required for Sales Order screen.
Within this screen, you can select what you would like to see- Display: Choose from Ingredients Required or Packaging Required
- Choose Imperial or Metric
- Product: Choose which product you would like to see the raw materials required for
- Quantity Required: This will default to what is on order. If desired, you can enter in a different quantity. (This will not update the Sales Order quantity)
- Decimal Places to Display: If the quantity required is a very small amount, you may need to choose to display more decimal places.
