What to do if you have an error downloading FlexiBake RDP

General Troubleshooting

Temporarily disable your antivirus/security software (consult your antivirus providers support for assistance if required)
Use an alternate browser such as Google Chrome.
Highlight and copy the download link then paste it into a new browser window

Error: "The page cannot be found" after clicking the download button.

Your browsers Cookie security level is set to high. Perform one of the following options to resolve this issue:

Use an alternate browser like Google Chrome.
Temporarily adjust your internet options security settings to a medium level

Google Chrome

Warning: "Setup.exe is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous"

This message is caused by the generic name of the downloaded file which causes Google Chrome to question its trust level. Perform the following steps to allow Chrome to keep the file.

Select the Down Arrow to the right of the message
Select the Keep option
Click on Setup.exe to run the update
