Enter the Serving Size of a Product
Learn how to enter a serving size in FlexiBake to ensure accurate nutritional labeling on your products, allowing your customers to view nutrition information per serving.
Why Enter a Serving Size?
The serving size defines what an average adult would typically consume in a single sitting. Entering this information allows FlexiBake to display nutrition panel values in a consumer-friendly format and meets labeling requirements.
Tip: Nutritional information should be entered for all raw materials before setting serving size, or panel values may be incorrect.
Preparation
- Ensure all ingredient nutritional data is set.
- Confirm the product and recipe are fully linked in FlexiBake.
