Export to Xero

This tutorial requires that your FlexiBake accounting settings have been configured to work with Xero. To learn how to set up FlexiBake so that you can export to Xero, please see the tutorial Xero Integration Setup

 If you're using Xero to manage your accounting, you probably want a way to move all of your FlexiBake accounting records (invoices, credit notes and payments) into Xero for processing or for record-keeping purposes.

Exporting to Xero is as easy as following these simple steps:

  1. Access the Accounting Centre then click Export to Xero.

  2. On entering the window you may receive a notice that this is a beta release. Click OK.

  3. Select a date range to export for and click Export.

    • If there are any transactions you would not like included in the export then before clicking Export you have two options. First, click on the associated transaction then:
      1. Set Transaction As Exported: This will exclude the transaction from being included in this and any future export.

      2. Remove Transaction: This will exclude the transaction from being included in this export but will allow the transaction to be exported at a later time.

  4. When the export has completed you will be provided the option to select a report. This report will provide you a summary of the export transactions. Select your desired level of detail and click OK to generate the report.
