Set a Default Ship Date

If you know you would like the ship date to default to how many days prior to the delivery date, then you can add it through the setting in FlexiBake. This may be set to Leave Empty, Delivery Date, or 1, 2, and 3 days prior to Delivery Date.

You may select how many days prior by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to FlexiBake Preferences from the Administration dropdown along the top menu bar.


  2. Under the Sales Tab, find the Ship Date Defaults to: dropdown.


  3. Open, and select the best option for your shipping default.


  4. If you have made any changes, ensure you have saved them by pressing OK.


From now on, whenever you create a Sales Order the Ship Date will default to the prescribed time in relation to the Delivery Date. You may also define a Delivery Date Default, further instructions may be found here!
