Use the Group Tree for Reports

The Group Tree is a Tool which can be accessed from within a report from the Report Tool Bar. The Group Tree, when active will show the Header Categories of the Report, this can be the Customer, Supplier, or even Product Category depending on the report you're using!

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Open a Report. I will be using the Raw Material on Hand by Supplier + Lot Number.
   
   
   
2. In the top left corner of the report, beside the printer button, click the three orange square button.
   
   
   
3. If available, the group tree of the report will be displayed. Click the + record to expand group trees as desired.
   
   
   
4. Click on an item in the group tree to be brought directly to that record in the report. 
   

Using the Group Tree, you can quickly collect only the information required! If you're searching for a specific item or term, you can instead Search in a Report!
