New and Updated Features
New Schedule Production filters
You asked, and we listened! Thanks to your feedback, we've introduced some new filter options in Schedule product to help you plan out your production. Hover over the Filter By section to check them out!
- Team - The Team filter will apply to both items in the calendar and in the Products and Recipes grids. items on the calendar will be hidden if that production item is not assigned to the selected Team, while the grid will only show products or recipes assigned to that team by default.
- Shift - The Shift filter will only filter the calendar to show production items assigned to the selected shift.
- Department -The department filter will limit the contents of the Products grid to items that are assigned to the selected Production Department. To learn more about Production Departments, please see Maintain Production Departments
- Category (Recipes) - It only seemed fair that we should include a Category filter for the Recipes grid. This filter will limit the recipes in the grid to the selected recipe category.
- Type (Recipes) - The Type filter for recipes will limit the contents of the Recipes grid to items that are assigned to the selected type
Once you're done with the filter, simply hit the Reset Filter button to revert to the default view.
More performance changes
We've continued our work on improving performance and database maintenance. This update includes some more back-end measures to optimize important pieces of the database that are used frequently in your everyday operations so that things run faster and smoother.
During this time, we've also been working on ways to keep database size down while maintaining performance. These changes will be being rolled out in the near future.
Bug Fixes
Corrected cut off on Formatted SSO report
The old version of the Formatted SSO report could sometimes cut off the Sunday quantity column, so we've made some adjustments to increase the space. Now, each day of the week has room to breathe!
Resolved save issues when closing Schedule Production items
Some of the changes to prevent collisions when closing schedule production were a tad too thorough. Some changes weren't saving unless a change was made in the grid, and the program wasn't allowing changes to be saved more than once while the window was open. We've corrected these issues so that the new measures will prevent collisions without being too restrictive.
