Order Taking Daily Testing

During Order Taking Daily Testing you will focus on generating Standing Sales Orders, manually entering a new Sales Order, and editing Sales Orders.

To complete Order Taking Daily Testing:

Step 1 - Generate Standing Orders:
If you do not use Standing Orders, move ahead to Step 2.

1. Open FlexiBake.
2. Navigate to the Sales Centre.
3. Click on the Generate Standing Orders button.
4. Press Generate Orders.
5. Double click on one order (in the Sales Orders Generated column).
   • Make adjustments to the quantity for one line item
   • Click OK to save and then click Close
     
6. You will see the Generate Standing Sales Orders screen again.
7. Press Close.

Step 2 - Manually enter Sales Orders:

1. Navigate to the Sales Centre.
2. Press the New S.O. button.
3. Add in details for one client and practice adding line items to the MAIN ORDER grid.
   • Options to add line items include typing in the code or name
   • Clicking the F3 key on your keyboard to find the Smart Select tool
   • Clicking the F2 key on your keyboard after beginning to type the name of an item
4. Press OK to save the order.

Step 3 - Edit Sales Orders:

1. Navigate to the Sales Centre.
2. Click on a sales order from the Open Sales Orders grid or within Maintain Sales Orders.
3. Make a change to the quantity of one of the line items.
4. Press OK to save.
