Enter Production Daily Testing

During Enter Production Daily Testing you will focus on generating your Production numbers based on open Sales Orders, printing Production reports, and posting Production to consume your Raw Materials.

To complete Enter Production Daily Testing:

Step 1 - Populate Production Numbers:

1. Open FlexiBake.
2. Navigate to the Production Centre.
3. Press the Enter Production button.
4. Ensure Populate based on quantity ordered is checked, press OK to populate production numbers.
   • Check each column in the grid to confirm calculations are accurate
5. Click Plan Production and look through the reports to confirm calculations are accurate, print reports as necessary.
6. Click Close.

Step 2 - Post Production:

1. Ensure the system is set up to consume raw materials when posting.
   
   • If you are unsure, check within FlexiBake Preferences following the steps outlined here.
2. Click Post and ensure there is enough inventory to post the production
   • If there isn’t enough inventory, either do a IA Slip take-on (making sure to post) or purchase the raw materials in the Purchases center and receive them in the Shipping.
3. Click Close.

Step 3 - Print Reports:

1. Navigate to the Production Centre.
2. Search the Reports drop down for necessary reports to supply Production Team with.
3. Click Preview to open the report.
4. Set up filters and click OK to open report.
